If you are land banking than i guess 360 will be fine, but if you are an investor with value-add equity in a property that you wish to trust a property manager to preserve.. than I recommend going elsewhere. my experience with the 'asset manager' team leader was that they were slow to reply to emails and issues had a tendency to remain outstanding unless double handled. in the end it was the correct decision to go elsewhere & I don't regret it.

Cherie has been my residential portfolio PM for over 10 years. As an offshore investor living in London I have had complete faith in Cherie’s ability to deal with all the issues on my behalf. Cherie has overseen the refurbishment of my properties as well as Body Corp issues which arise. She deals with tenants and all the maintenance issues as if it is her own property. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Jacque O’Connor Jacque O’Connor was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of helping my babies and I secure our new home. From the very beginning she was professional, supportive, and incredibly empathetic toward my situation. As this is my first time renting on my own, I was quite nervous about the process, but Jacque made everything feel smooth and manageable. She truly went above and beyond. Jacque kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, regularly updating me and making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way.
