Question 1

Do you only take pre-orders?

Accepted Answer

All our products are usually sold through pre-order boxes only.

Question 2

How do i secure a pre-order box?

Accepted Answer

Check the pickup schedule first, so you know what is available for that week. Then check the menu on Instagram so you already know your box size and flavours before the form opens.

Pre-orders open on the date listed on the pickup schedule at 9 PM. I recommend being on the order page a minute early with your flavours, contact info, and payment ready, since drops can sell out very quickly.

Question 3

How do i know if my order went through?

Accepted Answer

If you receive a confirmation email within about 5–10 minutes and send your payment, your box is confirmed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, or if the page glitches while ordering, it usually means the form closed because the drop sold out. Once the form closes, we are at capacity for that drop, but you can join the waitlist in case any boxes open up.

Question 4

Where is pickup?

Accepted Answer

All Pickups are at 33 Glenburn Avenue in East York. Come to the front, and we will hand over your order to you.

Question 5

Can someone else pick up for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that’s totally fine. They need to show the order confirmation email when they arrive.

You do not need to message ahead of time unless something about the order itself is changing.

Question 6

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Accepted Answer

Not right now. 11:25 Baking Co. is local pickup only, so the cookies and cakes stay fresh, and pickup stays manageable with the baking schedule.

Question 7

Are they gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, or allergen-free?

Accepted Answer

No. 11:25 Baking Co. is not gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, nut-free, or allergen-free.

Ingredients may include wheat/flour, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, chocolate, cookie butter, Nutella, candy, and rotating seasonal toppings or fillings.

Question 8

Do you offer catering or larger orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please reach out at least two to three weeks in advance with your date, location, quantity, and what you’re hoping to order.
