Member Voice & Workplace Action
I was elected to the General Council to be a voice for the members. My focus this year is simple: listening to the rank and file, learning the inner workings of our union, and finding new ways to make NIPSA a fighting force for the people it represents.
What I am working on:
• Active Engagement: Bringing the Town Hall model to our branches to build power from the bottom up and hold leadership accountable.
• Member Support: Using my experience to defend our rights and ensure no member faces management alone.
• Principled Representation: Standing as a rank-and-file unaffiliated voice. While I will always seek a fair outcome through evidence and reason, I have no interest in compromise for its own sake. If management refuses to deliver, I will organise and take direct action to win what we deserve.
I am committed to working with anyone who shares the goal of improving the pay, dignity, and material conditions of all NIPSA members.
