I highly recommend Kim — I’ve had two sports massages with her and she is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and I always leave feeling amazing. She explains exactly why I have tension, what she’s doing, and how to manage it afterwards. She even got to the root of a back issue I’ve had for years in just one session. Incredible value for money for the level of expertise you get, and an even more incredible woman behind it.

Kim is absolutely amazing and knows your body sometimes better than you do. She’s the most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve had and her background in Pilates means the stretches she does with you are next level. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my muscle maintenance!

I just want to sincerely thank you for being such an incredible Pilates teacher. You’ve truly been the best I’ve ever had, and I’m so grateful for everything you’ve done to support me — especially through my journey with back pain and recovery after surgery. Your deep attention during class, the way you constantly corrected and guided me, and how thoughtfully you adapted exercises to suit my condition made a huge difference. You helped me build strength, move safely, and most importantly, regain confidence in my body. Thanks to you, I’ve not only managed my pain better, but I’ve actually come to enjoy Pilates — something I never expected when I first started. Beyond the physical progress, your positive energy, warm smile, and encouraging presence made every class something to look forward to. You brought such a wonderful atmosphere that lifted everyone around you. I’ll truly miss your classes, but I’m also really excited for you and what’s ahead.
