I am an Ancestral Memory Doula and postpartum support practitioner rooted in Black, African, and diasporic traditions. I provide culturally grounded, emotional, and spiritual care for Black families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My work centers ancestral wisdom, body autonomy, and sacred remembrance as essential parts of healing, rest, and rebirth.

About the Owner:

Omugwo a Nigerian(Igbo) Practice 

Culturally grounded postpartum support inspired by African traditions that center rest, nourishment, warmth, and emotional care for the new mother. Support is tailored for seasoned mamas and families seeking intentional, non-clinical postpartum care.

*While I am not Nigerian, I am an American of African descent, and this care is offered with respect, study, and deep appreciation for African and African diaspora postpartum traditions such as Omugwo.

I offer virtual postpartum and prenatal education support to families across the African diaspora, including international clients, expats, and repats. Services are provided virtually unless otherwise arranged. Payment is accepted in USD via PayPal or Wise, with automatic currency conversion. My work centers cultural respect, consent, and ancestral care while honoring local practices and providers.
