Resources unique.restaurants has populated their site with include: • "Gregorio El Pescador" is a good option if you like fresh fish, particularly fried. • "Rompeolas Restaurant" is a must in Corralejo. Located by the old harbor (Muelle Chico), it offers great sea views and top-quality products. Wood grill, try it all, as everything on the menu is delicious. • "Sanus" is the place to go if you want healthy, vegetarian, or vegan food. It’s delicate, elegant, and you’ll always be well taken care of. Recommended! • "Pizzeria Peperone" was recently awarded as one of the top 20 pizzerias in Spain. The service is great and the dough is truly delicious. It's better to book than to wait. • "TantaLuna" always works if you want to enjoy a pleasant evening (not far from the sea, in the oldest part of Corralejo). It's an Italian restaurant, but not the typical kind; the cuisine is more modern and fusion. It's nice! • “Piacere Osteria” (New!) is your place if you want to try the most authentic Roman cuisine. They make their own fresh pasta. Best ingredients! • "Casa Manolo" is a traditional restaurant, but not in the Canarian style—it's Galician through and through. If you appreciate a rustic atmosphere and warm, family-style service, you'll love it. It's run by a family: father, mother, and two sons. • "La Arroceria" is your place for Paella and rice especialities. The black rice and asparragus options are incredible. Make sure to enjoy it straight from the "paella" pan—no plates needed! Don’t forget to order the alioli for the full experience. • "Rascals" is the only place recommend if you want to have a great cocktail in Corralejo. Music is usually great. • "Oúm" is a fine lebanese restaurant • "Camello Bandido" is good if you want a gourmet burger • "La Paneteca" is the best spot to buy fresh bread -crazy good! • "Öken" for a healthy breakfast in a peaceful atmosphere. Order the papaya or the overnight oats —they’re a must-try! • "El Roque de los Pescadores" is our top recommendation in Cotillo, especially for fresh fish. It is best enjoyed atl luchtime thanks to the stunning views over of the sea and cliffs. Tip: Head to the kitchen to choose your fish—they’re very friendly. • "Tsunami" is the go-to spot for gourmet burgers in Cotillo. • "Triton's Coffee Lab" serves the best speciality coffee in the north, with a cosy atmosphere. Food is not great though! Sorry. • "Azzurro" is the perfect spot to watch the sunset while enjoying a refreshing spritz. Always works! • LOBOS ISLAND "Antoñito El Farero" is the only restaurant you’ll find on the island. While it may not have the highest reviews, to us the place is simply idyllic (unforgettable!). Tip: Head straight to the restaurant as soon you get to the island and book. • VILLAVERDE "El Moral" won't disappoint if you're looking for a rustic restaurant near Corralejo or Lajares. Set in an old Canarian house, it offers local dishes in a warm and well-serviced environment. We love the carpaccios. Best for lunch. • PARQUE HOLANDES "Don Pepe" It’s a typical restaurant in the center of the island. It’s not particularly beautiful, but the people who run it—a family—are wonderful. Their specialty, roasted pork knuckle, is truly delicious. • COSTA CALMA "El Pellizco by Rigoberto Almeida" in Costa Calma is a strong contender for a Michelin star in Fuerteventura. It’s not just another pretentious and bland fine dining spot (like many others). We love the flavor journey it offers. Visit it.
