I have stayed at The Wangsa Hotel several times, and it has always been a great experience. The hospitality is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who make every stay comfortable.

The hotel has a green and peaceful environment, and the swimming pool is clean and well maintained, perfect for relaxing. Special appreciation to the hotel manager, Mr. Barry, for his professionalism and genuine attention to guest satisfaction.

I highly recommend The Wangsa Hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Exceptional value! The room was huge, better described as a suite, with several separate areas. Ideal if you want somewhere a little quieter than the larger resorts nearby. |No onsite restaurant, but if you’re like me and enjoy a buffet breakfast there are a number of resorts within a couple of minutes walk that are happy to welcome visitors.

This stay was absolutely incredible, I would highly recommend it to all. Not only was it local to the beaches (only a one minute walk), the staff were amazing and would run up to the door to help you with luggage, & wave you goodbye! Apartment was quiet & off the main street, security was there 24hrs so felt safe! They even accomated a 7pm checkout at a very reasonable charge! Extremely friendly all round, apartment was spacious & could open back door & walk straight into the massive poor with bar!

We stayed 5 nights at the Wangsa Hotel and we can recommend this for short & long term stays. What really stands out is the super friendly staff who communicates with you via whatsapp and their response times are very fast. hotel staff and security are always friendly and helpful. We even got sick for a few days and they offered some support. You can reach Benoa Beach and other places via grab in just 10 min. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Liah!

We had the most incredible stay at Wangsa Hotel and Villas and truly can’t recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, the kindness and genuine warmth of every single staff member stood out. A very special thank you to Diah, Mrs Sriati, and Anna — you all made our stay so memorable. Diah and Anna checked in with us daily via WhatsApp to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The service here goes above and beyond. The security staff quickly got to know us and greeted us every morning and night, always taking the time to interact with our children. It meant so much that staff learned our kids’ names and greeted them personally every time they saw them — such a small detail that made a huge impact.
Nothing was ever too much trouble. When we needed help with laundry, staff collected it from our room and organised everything seamlessly for us.
We stayed in the Arya Villa, which was absolutely perfect for our family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the air conditioning was fantastic (a must in Bali!). The private pool was well maintained, and any minor issues were addressed immediately without hesitation.
We loved every single minute of our stay and felt so well cared for. We will absolutely be back — thank you for such a beautiful experience!
