The John Green House is being restored by a local 501(c)(3) comprised of citizens and volunteers, called the JGPC. Its mission is to "remember, restore, and re-use" this historic and unique sandstone house in the heart of the Hudson river village Nyack, NY. It was built in by John Edward Green (1772-1842) in 1819. The house is listed on State and Federal Historic registers.
