What do you normally help with?

Every advisor has different needs. I aim to slot in to your existing processes where you feel works best for you.

Can you complete Fact Finds?

Yes. Either from documents or forms completed by the client.

Can you process cases to offer/ completion?

Yes of course. I can set follow ups alongside lender service levels, liaise with the solicitors and update your clients.

Will you answer phone calls?

Due to the nature of working on a retained hourly basis I cannot commit to inbound calls. However I can make outbound calls and direct your clients back to you if they need further assistance.
