I came in with a headache, vomiting, and persistent diarrhea, expecting clear medical advice and transparent pricing. Instead, I was asked to undergo treatment that ended up costing $259, with no price breakdown explained upfront and no receipt provided afterward.<br>What’s most disappointing is that the treatment did not resolve the diarrhea or the headache, which makes the high cost even harder to justify.<br>Had I known the cost and outcome, it honestly would have been cheaper and more reassuring to go to A&amp;E. Medical care should come with transparency, informed consent, and clear communication—especially when patients are already unwell.<br>Overall, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated. I would strongly advise others to clarify prices and treatment plans in detail before proceeding.

I visited this clinic for a cough, but it quickly became clear that they specialize almost exclusively in injury and pain management rather than general internal medicine. I wish the staff had been upfront about this when I booked or arrived. It felt like a waste of time and money for a condition they aren't equipped to treat. If you have an injury, they might be fine, but I wouldn't recommend them for 'normal' sickness like a cough or flu.

I visited Come Here TCM Clinic on 18 January for toe swelling and pain. The doctor (Mr Nick) performed acupuncture and herbal steaming treatment. He was very patient and explained the condition clearly. My toes recovered within two days after the treatment.
