I bring extensive experience in designing and facilitating workshops, strategic conversations and collaborative processes in international and multicultural environments, often with senior leaders and C-level participants.

My facilitation practice is shaped by many years of work across design thinking, service and experience design, transition design, transformation, change management, complexity management, strategic foresight and Futures Literacy. These fields all require more than moderation: they require the ability to create the right conditions for participation, reflection, emergence and shared sense-making.

I help groups move beyond conventional thinking by creating safe and productive spaces in which participants can question assumptions, surface hidden mental models, explore alternative perspectives, and challenge the metaphors and narratives that shape their decisions.

Facilitation

Organisations rarely move from strategy to transformation in a straight line. They need a clear architecture for change: one that connects vision, people, governance, capabilities, culture and action.

My work in Transition Architecture helps organisations design the conditions for meaningful transformation. It combines strategic foresight, systems thinking, organisational development and change management to clarify where an organisation wants to go, what must shift, and how people can move together with purpose.

This includes shaping transition pathways, aligning stakeholders, designing participatory processes, building leadership commitment, and translating complexity into practical next steps.

The goal is not change for its own sake, but coherent, future-fit transformation that strengthens resilience, agency and long-term value.

We constantly interact with products, devices, services, digital media, processes, procedures, and places — from hospitals, cities and museums to conferences, public services, websites and mobile apps.
