Heart Rate Monitor Help

Track Your Heart Rate & Performance at STRIDE Fitness

To see your heart rate and workout stats in the studio and in the STRIDE Fitness app, follow these quick steps before your first class:

1. Download the Spivi App
Tap “Heart Rate Monitor Connector App” on this link. The app is called Spivi.

2. Create Your Free Account

Open Spivi (Heart Rate Connector App) and sign up using the same email you use for STRIDE Fitness / Mindbody.

3. Connect at the Studio

When you arrive:

1. Put on and turn on your heart rate monitor or wearable
2. Check in at the front desk
3. Your device will connect automatically and display your stats in real time

Apple Watch (Spivi app must be installed on the watch)
Android Watch
Polar monitors
Garmin
ANT+ heart rate monitors

More Apple Watch Help

To connect your Apple Watch, use the same email for:

• Your STRIDE Fitness app
• Your Spivi account (Heart Rate Connector App)
• The iCloud account on your watch

All three emails must match.

Important Information When Connecting Via Apple Watch: 
1. Make sure to download the Spivi app on your Apple Watch.
2. You have to hit start in the Spivi app on your Apple Watch.

Download Spivi.Connect on your Apple Watch from the App Store. Open it and allow all Health permissions. Swipe right and tap Pair, then scan the QR code with your phone to connect. Make sure you’re logged into class and see your name on the STRIDE Fitness screen. Start the workout and your heart rate will stream live. After class, swipe left and tap Stop to save your results.
