My name is SSG Caitlin Johnson, and I am a recruiter and Drill Sergeant for the New York Army National Guard in Gloversville. I joined the Guard in 2014 as an Intelligence Analyst and have been in Recruiting and Retention since 2021. Since joining, I've reclassed into different jobs throughout the Guard, such as admin, and I've had the opportunity to expand into sharing tuition assistance, job training opportunities, and more.
