Who are we & who this club is for?

We're your go-to ultimate club based in South West Sydney! Open to everyone from complete beginners to veterans, we run sessions on Thursdays at Pacuillo Park in Liverpool. Perfect for someone who wants to move their body, perhaps wants to try something new and be a part of a genuinely great community, we have something for everyone!

I've never played before. Can l still join?

Absolutely! We have beginner-friendly programs (aka. "SWU SCRAMBLE") running a few times a year, designed as an entry point for beginners!

Question 3

I'm nervous to start.. is this normal?

Accepted Answer

Honestly, almost everyone feels a bit nervous before their first session, and that's okay! The great thing about our SWU SCRAMBLE program is that it's catered to absolute beginners, so you don't need to have any experience, fancy skills, or "be good" already!

Question 4

Do l need to be super athletic to start?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! Our Thursday sessions are open to everyone, regardless of where you're physically at. PS. you might just surprise yourself so don't cut yourself short like that! ;)

Question 5

What should l bring to my first session?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable running clothes, a water bottle and if you own them, we also recommend bringing your cleats but if not, that's okay! Most importantly, just bring yourself and your best attitude :)
