Lived experience advocate, advisor, community consultant, and speaker working across disability justice, human rights, autism, neurodiversity, and early childhood education and care (ECEC). My work is grounded in consent, connection, curiosity, collaboration, imagination, and neuro-affirming practice, with a strong focus on rights-based advocacy, systems reform, and improving outcomes for children, families, educators, and neurodivergence communities. My background includes advisory and consultation roles, peer support facilitation, community engagement, and lived experience leadership. I hold qualifications in early childhood education and care (Certificate III and Diploma), marketing and communication (Certificate IV), and legal services (Certificate III), alongside professional development in autism, creative writing, Alt2Su facilitation, and makeup. I have presented at conferences, contributed to national disability initiatives, and continue to collaborate with organisations committed to inclusion, accessibility, and meaningful change. Based in Sydney, Australia, I welcome connections and collaborations across Australia and New Zealand that align with disability rights, neuro-affirming practice, human rights, and community-led change.
