What is the cancellation policy?

Regular reservations may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) 2 days before check-in. A separate cancellation policy applies to specific promotions or packages.

If your reservation is changed or canceled after the free cancellation deadline, a penalty equivalent to the rate of the first night of your reservation will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.

Can minors stay at the hotel?

Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in order to stay at the hotel.

Are there rooms that are accessible by wheelchairs?

Can I stay at SIGNIEL SEOUL with my pet?

To maintain a refined and pristine environment for all our guests, SIGNIEL SEOUL does not accommodate pets.

· Pets are not permitted in guest rooms, restaurants, lounges or any hotel facilities.
· However, service animals (such as guide dogs, hearing dogs) are welcome under applicable laws. Please notify us in advance so we may best accommodate your needs.
