There is possibility for both! On my website you can find a Calendly link and schedule either an online 60 min video call or in Person in Berlin, Germany

What is happening in a Session?

First you come with an Intention, focusing on what you’d like to explore or achieve during the session. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood, as we gently reconnect with your body and emotions. Using a combination of mindfulness, self-inquiry, and somatic techniques, we’ll work at your pace to address areas of tension or disconnection. You may experience guided breathwork, sensory exploration, or EFT tapping to release emotional blocks and promote nervous system regulation. Each session follows the natural flow of what I feel intuitively is needed, building resilience, self-compassion, and emotional clarity. By the end of our time together, you’ll feel more connected to yourself and empowered to navigate life with more freedom and ease.

Do I have to commit to a certain number of Sessions?

Accepted Answer

No! I want you to feel completely FREE to test and explore what I am offering. No obligation or emotional pressure to commit!  You can book each session individually but I also offer packages so that if you decide that you are benefitting and want to work consistently with me, you will have significant discounts.
