Offer

This Linktree Pro x Hootsuite Professional Offer (Offer) is made to you by Linktree Pty Ltd of 1-9 Sackville Street, Collingwood, Victoria, 3066, Australia (Linktree, we or us) and allows you, subject to these terms and conditions (Offer Terms), to access 3 free months of Linktree Pro. By signing up to a Linktree Pro plan, you accept the Offer and agree to accept and be bound by these Offer Terms, the Linktree Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

You are eligible for the Offer if during the Offer Period, you (i) sign up for, a Hootsuite Professional plan during the Offer Period; and (ii) sign up for a Linktree Pro plan or upgrade from a Linktree Free plan to a Linktree Pro plan.

Offer Period

The Offer starts on 21 Feb 2023 at 8AM (EST) and is valid until 26 Mar 2023 at 12:01AM (ET) (Expiry Date).

Redemption

To redeem the Offer: (i) as an existing user on a Linktree Free plan, sign-in to your Linktree account on your desktop or mobile browser or your Linktree app, upgrade to Linktree Pro via the billing page (https://linktr.ee.admin/billing) and enter the code [HOOTSUITEPRO] during checkout; (ii) as a new Linktree user, sign-up to a Linktree Pro plan via https://linktr.ee/s/pricing/ on your desktop or mobile browser or your Linktree app and enter the code [HOOTSUITEPRO] during checkout or the code will be auto-applied if you click on specific promotional links provided by Linktree. The Offer must be redeemed before the Expiry Date.

Exclusions

A limit of 1 coupon code applies per Linktree account. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount coupon. Existing users of Linktree Pro, Starter or Premium are not eligible for the Offer.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Linktree Pro plan at any time via the billing page (https://linktr.ee.admin/billing), which will continue until the end of your current billing cycle and automatically convert to a Linktree Free plan. Cancellation will not affect your Hootsuite plan. If you do not cancel before the end of the 3-month Offer, your Linktree Pro plan will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the then current price of Linktree Pro and your payment method provided during sign-up will be charged for that amount.

Privacy

Any personal information that we collect and process in connection with the Offer will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

General

Linktree makes this Offer at its sole discretion. Except where prohibited by applicable law (i) Linktree may cancel or modify the Offer at any time with or without notice; and (ii) neither Linktree, Hootsuite nor any of each of their respective affiliates will be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential in nature) arising out of or in connection with the Offer. These Offer Terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia and both you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of those jurisdictions.
