What are the requirements?

Some items require a security deposit, while all rentals require a signed rental agreement. Clients must also provide two valid IDs, an emergency contact person, and an active personal social media account.

Question 3

Do I need to apply for membership before renting?

Not always. Non-members can rent selected items, subject to approval and requirements. However, certain items are exclusive to Gold Privilege or Grand Reserve members and may require membership before booking.

How much is your security deposit?

The security deposit depends on the item being rented. Deposits are refundable, subject to the item being returned in proper condition and in accordance with the rental agreement.

Do you require a reservation fee?

Yes. A 50% reservation fee is required to secure your preferred rental date. This is non-refundable as it guarantees and blocks the item for your booking.

No. We maintain a transparent pricing policy. All applicable fees, including rental rates, deposits, and other charges (if any), will be clearly disclosed before confirmation of your booking.

Can I book remotely?

Yes, you may book remotely by filling up the rental form. However, booking and item release are different processes.

For certain items such as vehicles, remote booking is allowed, but physical appearance, verification, and agreement signing are required before pick-up or release of the unit.

Yes, delivery or pick-up options may be available depending on your location and the item requested.

Clients are responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, subject to assessment.

Can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, cancellations are allowed subject to our notice period and reservation terms. Please note that reservation fees are non-refundable.

However, if the booking is cancelled due to incomplete requirements or unsuccessful verification, the transaction will be voided and the deposit may be refunded accordingly.
