Sarah Miles

Hi! My name is Sarah Miles, your friendly neighborhood hygienist trying to make a difference in our world. I started this fundraiser to help support our annual trips to the Dominican Republic where we provide preventative dental and educational services to children in need. We teach children and their families proper brushing and flossing techniques with the use of visual aids. We use a product called sodium diamine fluoride (SDF) to arrest decay. And we apply topical fluoride varnish to prevent future dental decay. Last year we were able to treat over 350 kids in four different villages. I personally want to thank all of you who donate for opening your hearts and making a difference for these families.
