For over 54 years, the Philippine Society of Youth Science Clubs, Inc.(PSYSC), has been the largest umbrella organization of science clubs in the Philippines, duly recognized as the premier organization that promotes advancements in science, new developments in technology, and environmental awareness. Composed of volunteers from top universities in the Philippines, the organization has been conducting national and regional events for over 120,000 affiliate members from all over the country, working together with both private institutions and government agencies such as the Department ofScience and Technology (DOST) and the Department of Education (DepEd). Through these events, PSYSC continues to live up to its thrust in promoting the public understanding of science, technology, and the environment (PUSTE).
