Finished my marathon and my quads and knees were totally incredible sore. Recommended by a friend to come here for sports massage.<br><br>Honestly, at first just wanted to try, but after the session my legs felt so much better. At first was sore but then realised is my muscle tightness, relieved. The therapist is professional and knows exactly which spots to hit. Comfortable environment too. had a sports massage here for my shoulder tension, and the difference was immediate. The therapist was very knowledgeable and clearly understood what's going on — he didn’t just “press hard,” but targeted the exact areas causing the issue. He managed to release the tension effectively without causing unnecessary pain. I had a fantastic experience here. The massage was relaxing, but the therapist also applied the perfect amount of pressure exactly where it was needed. I came in with a wrist injury, and the relief was immediate—the pain was significantly reduced right after the session and was almost entirely gone by the next day. Highly recommended for both relaxation and recovery!
