El Poblado-style design in this hostel. The tracking lights on the stairs and the modern Art Deco look to the hallway makes this an elegant choice. The rooms aren't hotel-style. They are very nice, but you'll get a utile desk and more fun lights, but no fridge, micro, or iron. Some of the staff were friendly and others weren't as much. The vegan breakfast was fine of a plate of fruit, no oats or cereal with alt milk, even though I had alerted them ahead of time. The plate of fruit was great though.

A couple of blocks to the parakeet phenom in Santander Park, but the sidewalks come and go as they please and puddles abound.

Next time I'll look for a place closer to the center near shops and closer to the museum and boat embarking area. I liked the look of the Amazon-styled hotels with local indigenous items and artifacts.

Most rooms have no windows. No warm water. Not clean.

Un lugar espectacular, rodeado de fauna autóctona y selva al lado de la quebrada Tacana. Todas las actividades de canopy, tubing, kayak y caminatas en la selva son recomendadas, los guías siempre están pendientes de los turistas y la experiencia se hace inolvidable. La comida también es deliciosa, no se pueden ir sin probar la taparasca de este lugar, tal vez la mejor que probé en el viaje.

I didn’t use them myself, but the hotel offers or helps arrange tours to the Amazon jungle and other local activities, which could be convenient for travelers.

One thing to be aware of: if you arrive before the official check-in time, there is a charge of 10,000 COP per hour for early arrival.

Overall, it’s a decent, affordable place to stay if you're looking for the basics and a local experience.
