Logistic Event Day info

Parking spaces are available, though limited. Teams should arrive early to check in, warm up, and prepare for matches. Each team will have access to shaded resting areas and water refill stations. There will also be eco-friendly food and drink stalls selling snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Spectators are welcome to attend and cheer — admission is free, though donations to coral conservation are appreciated.

Players should bring football shoes, shin guards, team kits, sunscreen, and reusable water bottles. Basic changing and restroom facilities are available on-site. In case of rain, matches will continue if conditions are safe; otherwise, they may be paused or rescheduled.

Safety/Medical Support

Safety is a top priority. A first aid station and ambulance will be on-site throughout the tournament, staffed by trained medical professionals. All participants must sign a liability waiver before playing. If an injury occurs, players will receive immediate care and, if needed, transport to a nearby hospital. Personal health insurance is recommended but not mandatory. Emergency contacts and medical staff will be available at all times.

Official photographers and videographers will capture matches, celebrations, and behind-the-scenes moments throughout the weekend. Photos and highlight videos will be posted on the @phuketcoralcup Instagram page and website after the event. Participants are welcome to share their own photos and tag us using #PhuketCoralCup.
