LOVE Solaines PCOS Plans! I completed the 3 Week Glow Up Plan and loved it. I have continued on with the plan for a year now and have seen so many amazing results. Friends and Family have noticed and I love discussing PCOS with them and how educating myself and making easy changes have resulted in what feels like - BIG WINS. Once discussing my previous symptoms/tests + results from the plans with other women, it's amazing how many others resonate with the same feelings or issues I had originally. I'm happy to tell anyone who listens how helpful not only the plan is but following along with Solaine on Social Media to learn so much more about PCOS.

Before engaging in the PCOS glowup, I felt constantly fatigued, zero energy, struggled getting out of bed you name it. Could barely concentrate on anything. So I decided to join this program, it was easy and the meals are super delicious. Within just a week a gained so much energy, I was able to workout again my concentration levels were better. I also fell pregnant within 2 months of starting this program. I’ve started following this program again, while breastfeeding my 6 month old just adding extra protein which was recommended by Solaine, and since starting again my supply has boosted and my energy as well. I highly recommend this program!

I highly rate and recommend Solaine’s PCOS programs.<br>I enrolled in the PCOS glow up and then followed on to the PCOS pathway.<br>After the first 3 weeks and finishing the Glow Up I had experienced multiple positive effects after changing my diet and lifestyle.<br><br>The biggest change I experienced in the first couple of weeks was the way I felt both physically and emotionally. I felt like my chaotic life had some order to it. I’m a full time shift worker and having the protocol to take the guess work out of managing my diet really made an impact on making healthy change.<br>After learning how to prioritise a balanced meal I found that I wasn’t wanting to snack throughout the day and I no longer had hangry sweet treat cravings in the afternoon.<br>My skin had become less congested, I felt happier and more organised and I had started to loose weight.<br><br>After completing the Glow Up I wanted to continue to implement the tools I had learned from Solaine to maintain this new routine. Following the PCOS Pathway I lost close to 10 kg in under 3 months. I didn’t feel like I was being deprived, I learned healthy ways to make the foods I desire and the drastic improvement in my physical symptoms of chronic fatigue, bloating and pure exhaustion made it so easy to continue.<br><br>Solaine’s programs provide the tools to improve the lifestyle of those suffering with PCOS through nutrition and education. I highly recommend and encourage those interested as I have experienced great success in managing my symptoms and feel incredibly satisfied and happy to review!
