What is an individual lease?

An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time!

What is a rent installment vs. monthly rent?

Your lease contract values the rent as a sum due for the entirety of the contract (lease start to lease end date). That total is then split into 12 equal installments over the course of that term. Rent can be paid in one lump sum prior to moving in or can be paid in the 12 equal installments at the beginning of each month of the contract.

What is the process for roommate matching?

If you’re looking for a roommate, fill out our roommate-matching questionnaire online when you complete your application. We will use that information to match you and your future roommate. If you already have a roommate selected, we can help sort out the details with that, too!

Yes! We have onsite maintenance for the community.

Is insurance required?

Accepted Answer

Personal Liability Insurance coverage of $100,000 is required for each resident. You may contract this policy through your provider of choice, or through our liability policy at $15 a month. If you wish to provide your own insurance to avoid the additional $15 fee, you will need to provide our front office with a copy of your policy that lists the name of the resident, their address on property (with unit number), and $100K property liability coverage.

Do you have to be a student to live here?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not! We will rent to anyone who meets out rental criteria.
