A style of yoga consisting of longer held postures. Yin Yoga benefits the joints and connective tissues. It’s a meditative practice, using breath to find stillness. Expect simplicity, slow movement and moments of silence.

What does Mommy/Baby & Me Yoga look like?

These classes provide you time to bond with your baby, move your body and reconnect with your breath. Beginning with 15 minutes of community time to connect with others in the same chapter of life as you followed by 45 minutes of gentle movement and Breathwork. You’ll be guided through postures and be given options to flow either holding baby or just having them by your side.
