Ashton had Mabel for the 2 week board and train (after a couple of in person training sessions) and I can’t recommend him enough! He made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities to teach and listen to us, both myself and Mabel, and get exactly the results we wanted! He gave me daily updates on Mabel’s progress with pictures and a narrative of her training and activities. With the knowledge Ashton shared and the training he provided I am confident in taking Mabel out in public and I know she will behave even with distractions presented. I am so happy we found Ashton and can’t recommend him and Off Leash Birmingham enough! Thank you, Ashton!!!

Before Paradise’s two-week board-and-train, she struggled with pulling on the leash, reacting to other dogs, wanting to chase runners in the neighborhood, and going after wildlife. Even at just a year old, I’ve already seen a major improvement in her impulse control after only one training program!<br><br>It’s been ONE day since she came home, and the difference is truly night and day. Walking and interacting with her is so much calmer, and I now understand her body language and how to communicate with her much better. I’m honestly shocked by the change in such a short amount of time!<br><br>Kendall went above and beyond—not only as a trainer, but as a temporary caregiver who treated Paradise like her own. She provided picture and video updates, responded quickly to my questions and concerns, and made sure Paradise received the care, structure, and attention she needed.<br><br>I’m so grateful for everything Kendall taught both Paradise and me. My puppy is calmer, more responsive, and more well-rounded. If you’re considering training, DO IT! 🐾💜

We had our dog, Levi, trained by August in 2021 (sorry for the late review). He was just a year old then and like a bully breed, he would body slam you, run through doors, and still wanted to bite for play. Having my mom come live with us was a risk with her disability. We were in dire need of quick training. August had a good introduction with him, sent us pictures and videos along his journey with her which made his absence easier for our daughter. He is her baby. I could not believe the difference accomplished in only two weeks. He had more confidence, was calm in the car, less pulling on the leash, responded to commands, and we could even walk him off leash. My daughter dog sits and he is a great influence. Thank you Off Leash K9. It was well worth the time, effort, and money.
