What is Auralen?

Auralen is an anonymous emotional support session. it is a place to talk, vent, and feel heard without judgement. It is NOT therapy or professional counseling.

What can I talk about?

You can talk about your feelings related to:
Heartbreak
Overthinking
Loneliness
Stress
Family Issues
Guilt
Regret
Confusion
Emotional overwhelm
or anything else weighing on your mind.
As long as it is emotional support, not crisis care.

🚫 Zero-Tolerance Clause
I do NOT condone or engage in conversations involving harm to minors, exploitation, abusive acts, illegal behavior, or sexual interest in children. All such discussions will be immediately stopped and the session will be ended. No refund or reschedule.

How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Choose a session 15min - 30min or 1hr session. Choose a time slot available on the booking page. Enter any name you want and any email that you can access. The link to your private session with your time slot will be sent to you through the email.

What Video Platform is used? (No Account needed)

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need an account.

Your session uses a private Jitsi link.
Jitsi is secure and end-to-end encrypted, which means nobody else can listen in or access the call.

When you click the session link, you will see three options:

Join in app
Download app
Join in browser <<<<<<

Choose: Join in browser<<<<<
You do not need to download anything.

Before entering:

Add any anonymous name you want

Make sure your microphone is ON

Make sure your camera is OFF (both of us stay camera-off the entire session)

You don’t need to log in, sign up, or make any account.
Just click Join in Browser and you’re in.
