Our recent stay at One Belvedere exceeded all expectations! The warmest welcome with exquisite wine and all the assistance situating us in our villa made me fall in love with true Tuscan hospitality. A gorgeous place in every capacity with healthiest meals and finest wine collection in the Chianti region would definitely make us return again and again. A true appreciation for the reception staff in providing chauffeur driven service to the salon and back! AND...We remain most appreciative of providing prompt service all the way to Firenze airport to deliver my husband's passport in time (that he somehow misplaced while leaving the resort) for us to fly home!! Love you all at 1B♥️

The property and amenities are amazing. Staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Marco, who provided the wine tasting, was very knowledgeable and made the experience even better. The food and restaurant were some of the best meals we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to visit again!

Quite honestly, I was in for a beautiful surprise during my stay at One Belvedere. I’ve traveled extensively, yet I’ve rarely felt so at home anywhere, not even at luxury names like Anantara or Waldorf Astoria. This place is truly one of its kind.

Beyond its perfect location for a soulful retreat, what makes it exceptional is the unmatched hospitality. The team genuinely lives by the motto “guests first,” creating an environment that is warm, welcoming, and deeply personal. I didn’t just stay here, I felt cared for.

Dining at the chef’s table was a highlight. Every dish was prepared fresh, using mostly ingredients grown on the property, paired beautifully with their house wine. Each meal felt mindful and nourishing, delicious without ever making me feel I had to watch my weight. Chef Federico’s creativity shines in every recipe.

The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and instantly make you feel at home. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, work, and find clarity of mind, a rare combination.

Special thanks to Anna at the spa, whose holistic treatments go far beyond a massage. I left feeling truly recharged in both body and soul.

Meeting the owner, Natacha, was also a pleasure, she is as humble and welcoming as the property itself.
