My coaching approach is holistic, intuitive, and mostly non-directive. I help you think through challenges, reflect deeply, and uncover your own solutions while offering supportive and constructive challenge when agreed upon. Together, we set clear goals and define what progress looks like. I blend IIN principles, subconscious integration, boundaries work, and Human Design to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I may challenge assumptions or patterns to help you gain new insight, all within a safe, grounded, and non-judgmental space.

Capturing key insights and offering feedback helps us keep the process aligned, effective, and transformational. Your willingness to invest in yourself is what makes this work powerful.

Are our sessions confidential?

Yes. Everything you share in our sessions is treated with complete confidentiality. The fact that you’re being coached, the content of our conversations, and any personal or professional information you share will not be disclosed without your explicit consent. The only exceptions are situations of serious risk or illegal activity, where I’m required to act for safety.

I may take brief notes during or after our sessions to support continuity and your progress. These notes are stored securely and kept only for the duration of our coaching relationship, unless we agree otherwise. You can always ask about or review anything related to your privacy at any time.

What Are the Boundaries of the Coaching Relationship?

The space we create is warm and safe, but it is not a friendship, therapy relationship, or crisis-support line. Our work stays within the agreed structure, session times, communication methods, and scope of coaching. I guide, challenge, and support you, but you are responsible for your choices and actions. This sacred container stays powerful and ethical through clear boundaries.

Can I Cancel a Coaching Session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a coaching session. I simply ask for 24 hour advance notice so we can honor the time and energy we've set aside for your growth. Sessions canceled within the agreed-upon notice window can be rescheduled without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a session, depending on the terms we’ve established.

If something urgent comes up, just reach out — communication keeps our coaching container strong and respectful for both of us.

How Long Are the Coaching Sessions?

Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes. This gives us enough time to dive into your goals, explore what’s coming up, and create clear next steps without rushing the process. Some programs may include shorter check-ins or integration touchpoints, but your main sessions are a full hour dedicated entirely to you.

Most clients meet with me every week or every other week, depending on the program and the level of support they choose.
