How long have you been a coach?

I have coached hockey prior to doing Triathlons and in 2020 I was assistant coaching with Simon at our beginners courses. I started with the foundation coaching course and now have stepped up to Development Coach.

How long have you done triathlons for?

I started in the 2013/2014 season and after giving a small womens only triathlon 'Pinkie Tri' a go with some gym mates. I signed up for a team at Noosa Tri to so the swim and joined South Bank Triathlon Club.

What is your favourite destination triathlon?

Hamilton Island most definitely (tough course but amazing views and riding on the airstrip), although is hard to top off Cairns, Kingscliff and Mooloolaba too.
