This company is a living hell for anyone looking to venture in corporate.<br><br>Must read before applying.<br><br>It's Pathetic company tbh, the HR manager had some issues 24/7 where he constantly used to monitor me on the camera and then would come and ask me not to use my phone.<br><br>They use Time doctor application to track your work and they tell you that after probation.<br><br>They don't give you an offer letter to sign electronically, but in hard copy which means if you sign a contract that can't be revoked and you will put in the time you promised or otherwise they file a case against you.<br><br>I had only been in the company for 3 weeks and could not fathom to see the amount of unprofessional behavior from their employees, especially the CEO, who would often take video meetings in "Vests" and "Gold Chains" and then come to the office to insult their employees.<br><br>They even gave me direct communication with the CEOs son who would try to learn how a company is run, that's weird.<br><br>Plus the most shocking thing, on one floor there is only one bathroom to use, so basically no gender bathrooms, everyone including females will use the same bathroom.<br><br>Yeah, never ever go to this company and save yourself some trouble in return for earning mere pennies.
