We had a great experience today. Our operative, Danny, was extremely thorough and helpful throughout. He clearly explained what he would be doing, what couldn’t be completed on the day, and how those outstanding tasks would be resolved.<br>He was also very considerate—being mindful of noise while my 4-month-old was sleeping and even closing the door to keep disruption to a minimum. Danny kept me informed at every stage and was attentive to my requests, such as keeping the top door closed (we live in an upstairs flat) to ensure our cat stayed safe.<br>Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this company—especially Danny—who has been nothing but helpful from start to finish.

Paul from Mouldex attended our property to carry out work on behalf of Ian Williams/EDDC. Paul was very professional, explained everything that needed to be done and did an exceptional job. Showed us products we can use when we get around to redecorating to help prevent further mould growth (after the cavity work is done). Courtesy text to say he was on his way was beneficial also. Booking team were very easy to speak too and got us booked in as soon as they were able. Thank you so much Paul & Mouldex, for making our home feel safer again ⭐️

Amazing survey by Liam, we could not be happier!! He listened to all of our concerns and took his time to address each one thoroughly. Went above and beyond to investigate all issues and did as much as he could for us. Really friendly and would give a higher review if possible. Great company and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
