International Payments
Payment options are available for clients in supported countries and currencies, including USD, GBP, EUR and other supported local currencies.

U.S. Clients — USD ACH

U.S. clients can pay via ACH bank transfer. Payment details will be provided privately after your commission is confirmed.

Other Countries
Depending on your country and currency, I may provide the appropriate Raenest payment method or bank details. Please contact me with your country and preferred payment currency before sending payment.

Important: Do not send payment until your commission has been confirmed and the final price has been agreed upon. Payment details are provided privately for security.

PAYMENT AND CONTACT 

Payment & Delivery: Full pay is required before the character is transferred. You will get the artwork and files stated in the listing. Working/source files are not included unless stated.

Ownership: You own the purchased character, but purchasing does not transfer copyright of my original artwork or design.

Use: You may use, personalize, rename, develop, and create or commission artwork of your character for personal use. Commercial use requires permission or commercial rights if stated in the listing.

Artwork: Do not claim, trace, copy, redistribute, or resell my original artwork as your own. Unauthorized AI use, NFTs, or reproduction of my artwork are not permitted.

Resale/Trade: Reselling, trading, or gifting is only allowed if the listing permits it. Any new owner receives the same rights attached to the character.

Refunds: Sales are final after transfer. Refunds before transfer may be considered.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms and additional rules in the listing.

Payment

50% payment before sketch 50% after the sketch is approved. I will not begin rendering until the full payment has been made. Note that offers 10$ and below are to be paid upfront, in full.

Revision

You receive 2 free revisions during the sketch. Please make sure your references details are accurate before sketch approval. Changes requested after sketch approval may require a fee.

Changes to the completed artwork are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

TAT

Est turnaround is 4 days to 1 month, depends on complexity, workload, queue position, and communication. If an unexpected delay occurs, I will communicate with you as soon as possible.

SLOTS

I may limit the number of commissions I accept at a time. A comms is only considered confirmed once I have accepted the request and received the required pay.

Refusal

I can refuse or cancel a commission if I am uncomfortable with the request, cannot complete it, or if it is outside my current abilities or services.

HOW TO ORDER

1 - Contact Me: send me a message through my available contact method, discord.

2 - Provide clear character references and any important details, poses, expressions, outfits, or other requirements.

3 - Tell me which commission type you want and whether you want sketch or rendered artwork.

4 - I will review your request, confirm the price, and let you know whether I can accept it.

5 - Pay 50%: A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins.

Step 6 — Sketch Stage: I create the sketch and send it to you for approval. You receive 2 free revisions at this stage.

Step 7 — Final Payment: Once the sketch is approved, the remaining 50% payment is due.

Step 8 - Wip and final artwork 
After payment is completed, I start rendering, then send you a work in progress then final artwork.

Step 9 — Delivery
Your completed artwork will be delivered through the agreed method. Normally Drive.

By commissioning, you confirm that you have read and agreed to my TOS.

HOW TO ORDER

My artwork may not be used with AI without my explicit written permission.

You may not:

Upload my artwork to AI generators,
Use my artwork as an AI reference,
Process or edit my artwork using AI,
Use my artwork to generate new AI images, Use my artwork for AI training or datasets
Use my artwork to create AI-assisted copies or derivatives
This applies to both commissioned artwork and artwork created for adoptables/YCHs.
Buying my artwork does not give permission to use it for AI purposes.
If you would like to use my artwork for any AI-related purpose, you must obtain explicit written permission from me beforehand.

Contact me through my designated commission/contact method with your refferences and the type of artwork you want.

How does payment work?

50% is paid before I begin. The remaining 50% is paid after sketch approval and before final rendering.

How many revisions i you get?

You receive 2 free revisions during the sketch stage.

4 days to 1 month, depending on complexity and workload.

Can I request a complicated background?

Not currently. Complicated BGs are unavailable at this time.

Do you draw furry characters?

Not currently.

Can I use your commission commercially?

Not automatically. Commercial use requires a separate agreement and licensing fee.

Can i use AI on your artwork?

No. Your artwork may not be uploaded, processed, trained on, or used with AI without your explicit written permission.

Can you refuse my commission?

Yes. I reserve the right to refuse requests that I cannot complete or fall outside my services.
