With over 20 years of experience in learning and development, performance management, and hospitality operations across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, I have designed and led training systems aligned with organizational goals. My experience covers the full training cycle, from needs analysis and program design to delivery, onboarding, certification, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Across hospitality, food and beverage, and FMCG environments, I have developed technical and managerial programs, training manuals, performance frameworks, and role-based learning solutions while coaching teams, supervising trainers, and collaborating with managers and stakeholders. Supported by an MBA and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, I combine operational insight with learning expertise to strengthen employee capability, service quality, and business performance.
