Cancellation Policy

• 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: For all booked and paid dog walks, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellation.
• No Refunds: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled walk time.
• Exceptions: In the event of an unforeseen emergency (e.g., severe illness, family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Rescheduling: If you need to cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, we may be able to reschedule your walk for a later date, subject to availability.
