NOTE: We advise you to make a booking in advanced to ensure the best experience possible

Are there any age or height requirements?

Yes. Drivers must be 
- 10 years old & above 140cm & above 
For 2 seater karts
- Passenger must be 6 years of age with 110cm & above

Question 6

Do i need prior experiences to go karting?

No experience is needed! Our team will provide instructions and ensure you are comfortable before hitting the track

Do you offer group packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have packages for groups, birthdays, team-building events, and corporate outings under private session. Minimum pax for private sessions is 20pax. Please contact us at office@lylkarting.com.my.

NOTE: Private sessions are prior to first come first serve basis. We recommend booking 1 month in advanced to ensure the best experience possisble.

What should i wear?

We recommend wearing sport attires with closed-toe shoes. Skirts and dresses are strictly prohibited. Long hair should be tied back for safety. It is also mandatory to wear Balaclava and Gloves. 
(Balaclava and Gloves are available to purchase on site)

Are the karts safe?

Absolutely! Our karts are regularly maintained, and we prioritise safety by providing safety helmets and safety briefing while ensuring the track is supervised at all times.

Do i need to book in advanced?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are welcomed but are subjected to availability, and we cannot gurantee a spot during peak hours. We recommend booking in advance, especially on the weekends and holidays to secure your slot. 
Bookings should be made 1 week prior.

What are the payment options?

We are cashless. We only accept credit / debit cards and QR payments.

NOTE: We do not accept Cash, Alipay & AMEX payments.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we offer ample parking space for visitors.

Are there any F&B services?

We have a snack bar offering snacks and drinks to recharge after your race. You may also head over to Monkey’s Canopy to enjoy a meal or have a drink at the restaurants.

Are there any lockers for personal belongings? Is it free?

Yes, lockers are free and is available for you to store your valuables while you race.

Are we allowed to bring our phones/camera onto the track?

For safety reasons, the use of phones and handheld cameras is prohibited on the track. We only permit body cameras or cameras that do not require manual operation. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all drivers and participants.

How long is each race sessions?

Race sessions last 10 minutes. However, registration and safety briefing can take up to 15-20minutes.

What type of tracks do u have?

We have total of 6 layouts. 
-International (1.5km) 
-National (1.4km) 
-Selangor (1.3km) 
-Velocity (1.1km) 
-Sprint (0.8km) 
-Rapid (0.6km) 
Currently we are using the international layout.

Do you offer tandem karts for parents and kids?

Yes we do! For 2 drive karts, driver must be 18 years old & above and passenger must be 6 years old & above and 110cm & above.

Question 19

Can i bring my own helmets and safety gear?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as it meets our safety standards. Our staff can verify this on site.

Question 20

Can i book multiple sessions in one go?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer packages for multiple sessions. However, you make make another purchase after your first session.

Question 21

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Accepted Answer

No. Smoking is not allowed at common areas. However, there is a designated smoking area for our customers.
