DO NOT BUY STREETMASTER PV HEADS!!!!<br><br>ok, so got that point across and now time to explain. We look after large landlord sites and we’ve had some major electrical issues on the outside lighting poles. So we looked at alternative ways and PV heads are the way forward. We did research and found this company with no real bad reviews and products seemed good. We needed 47x on one site and another site with over 100. So due to access and availability to site access we went to our 47x site and purchased a sample of some of the STREETMASTER PV pole heads. To try before spending a fortune on on so many at once without testing them.<br>We are so glad we did!!!<br>STREETMASTER PV POLE HEADS started failing after 2 weeks of installation, I’d like to also say this was at the start of September. So it was sunny and good weather for them.<br>We then lost the light from all of the installed fittings a week later. This is a total or 4x stopped working within 3 weeks. They worked fine for the first couple nights that we were watching them for. But reliability wasn’t great after this stage.<br>Tried ringing the manufacturer whilst up at a fitting on a mobile boom. So rung and went through to technical…… to get told to go on the website and fill in the email contact me…… yeah great, ring technical and get told to put it in an email and they’ll get back to me.<br>I think my annoyed email made a point, as I had a call straight away.<br>Went through some diagnostics and didn’t really get anywhere. Just got told to press the on/off button once. Go back the next day and if it didn’t work, press it again and so on.<br>This is due to the on and off button not being defined if it’s in the on or off position. This cost a lot of man hours and machine costs for access.<br>Also, 5 year warranty is only when bought direct. So just beware.<br>Conclusion of our fittings:<br>They cost more money to try and diagnose each one than it was to buy a new different brand. So they ended up in the skip, as warranty wasn’t worth the time of day due them being purchased through a large named wholesaler and not direct through them.

Fast delivery, had a slight discrepancy with the order but this was resolved very promptly. Very friendly to deal with.

SHORT review: Outstanding customer service, efficient delivery and high quality product. Extremely happy customer who highly recommends them.<br>LONG review: I'm not very technically minded and initially contacted Lumena regarding a lighting project (Garden lights &amp; Patio lights) in my garden and spoke with Elliot on several occasions to work out how best to achieve what I envisaged. Elliot was very knowledgeable about Lumena products and how best to achieve what I was after by providing good ideas and suggestions I hadn't considered. At no stage did he try and rush things to 'get rid of me', but instead went out of his way to make sure I would be satisfied and even suggested an item that Lumena did not stock, but would be better for my needs. The lights arrived promptly and well packaged. I consider the quality of the various lights are of a high standard and certainly more solid than a lot of others I checked out. The lights have been in for about 2 months now and the results are even better than envisaged and the icing on the cake is that my wife is over the moon with how it all looks.<br>So to summarise, excellent customer service, high products that I'm confident will last and a garden lit as I hoped for. Oh and a happy wife which = a happy life!
