What if I’m late or need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Please call or text if you’ll be more than 10 minutes late. A $10 late fee applies after 10 mins.

Cancel at least 1 hour in advance to avoid a $10 cancellation fee.

No Call / No Show fee: $30.

When does my appointment time start?

Accepted Answer

Services are billed from your scheduled appointment time, not your arrival. Consultant breaks are not included in billed service time.

Can I bring pets or children?

Pets are not allowed. Children who are not receiving services cannot be in the salon.

How should I prepare my hair for my appointment?

- Hair must be washed within 48 hours of your appointment.

- Hair must be free of oils, conditioners, and moisturizers.

- This applies to consultations, establishments, and retightening sessions.

Credit cards and cash. Checks and CashApp are not accepted.
