Question 2

I need transport to come back to Poznań from the venue.

Accepted Answer

On the night of the wedding, we will arrange bus that leave from the venue and come back to Poznań. Preliminary departure is at the end of party - 3:00 am.

There will be one bus coming back to Poznań, at the end of the party (3:00).

On Sunday 29th, after the breakfast and brunch (until 14:00), there will be a bus to Poznan around 14:15.

There will be free parking available for guests at the venue if you arrive by car.

What should I wear?

Dress code: Smoking (preferred) or Lounge Suit.

For ladies, a long dress or a cocktail dress (but not in black or white).

Gentlemen are invited to come in Smoking, as this is the preferred dress code. If that is not possible, the alternative is a Lounge Suit attire.

Important: Please do NOT wear white for the wedding (applies to both ladies and gentlemen) ❤️

This is the preferred dress code.

For gentlemen, a tuxedo in black or a dark conservative colour, a black bow tie*, white tuxedo shirt, black tuxedo trousers, and black formal shoes. Also known as Black Tie.

For ladies, a long dress or a cocktail dress (but not in black or white).

For gentlemen, a 2-piece or 3-piece suit* in a dark conservative colour, white shirt, a necktie**, and black formal shoes.

Closest to the city center:
- Andersia Hotel & Spa Poznań

- Hotel Kolegiacki

A little bit outside the city center:
- Port Sołacz
- City Park Hotel & Residence
- Sheraton Poznań Hotel

It might be best to stay within a walking distance to the Old Square (Stary Rynek) and Old Browary shopping mall (Stary Browar) if you want to have an easy access to the main attractions of Poznań.

On the other hand, it is very easy to get around the city with a taxi / uber and it takes usually up to 20 minutes to get everywhere around the city with a car.
Even Poznań airport POZ is located only 20 min drive from the city center.

Yes both credit cards and cash in the local currency Polish złoty (PLN) are accepted in almost all places.

Poznań, obviously the best😉, is home to Kata, the old square, and the Old Brewery.

Gdańsk is a coastal city in northern Poland. Historically an important commercial hub, nowadays a tourist hotspot. Known as part of the “Tricity”.

Wrocław (pronounce: vro-ts-wav) is the third largest city in Poland with Polish roots and long German influence. Located in Southwestern Poland.

Kraków (pronounce: kra-kuv) is Poland’s historical capital city with long history and vibrant social life. Be sure to visit the old royal castle, the ”Sukiennice”, and the historical Jewish quarter “Kazimierz”.

Warsaw is the modern day capital, and the Polish economy’s crown jewel, where culture meets capitalism. Expect skyscrapers, a stroll in the “Łazienki” park and Uber rides through the busy metropolitan city.
