I would just like to say we have had a very professional and wonderful experience of selling our property. From the first contact over the phone from the envelope message put through our door and right up to today updating us all the time on what’s happening. Even now it’s sold they are keeping us up to date on almost a daily basis with solicitors they recommended as well. They told us they would sell our property within 3 weeks and done it in 2 weeks . Hussain acted for both the sale of my flat and the purchase of our house, and we could not have been happier with his approach every step of the way.<br><br>His style is direct, but never rude - he explains things clearly, always helping to find a way forward when queries arise. We always found him to be completely transparent, which served us well all the way from our first viewing through to completion.<br><br>Many times he would say "leave it with me" or "I've got you", and matters would be quickly resolved. He was easy to get hold of and highly responsive. We found it easy to quickly build a genuine rapport with Hussain and found that he would go above and beyond for us, often without asking.<br><br>Even after moving he has been a tremendous help - we have had renovations and building work done on our new home, using a team that Hussain recommended; they have worked out fantastically well. Hussain has been an absolute godsend throughout the entire process of selling our house. He talked us through everything we needed to do and gave us advice that, at first, I honestly wasn't sure about! I remember thinking, "What on earth is this guy on about?" But our house wasn't even getting offers, so I decided to put my faith in him.<br><br>He went above and beyond, even helping my husband move furniture around to make sure the photos looked as good as possible. Once the house went on the market, we had over 25 viewings that very first weekend. I remember thinking, "There are far too many people coming through the house – there's no way this is going to work!"<br><br>By the end of the weekend, we had three offers, and by Monday, our house was sold.<br><br>Even after our offer was accepted, Hussain continued to keep in touch and supported us through every step of the process. As a Radlett agent Hussain done amazing work showing our property to buyers, even on Sundays. We did end up selling through him and he deserved every penny of his commission. It is true, you get what you pay for. We got £40,000 above our expectations. Very well done and would definitely recommend again.
