⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lucy did an amazing job on my tattoo from start to finish. She made me feel really comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the attention to detail was incredible. The studio was clean and professional, and the whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. I’m so happy with how the tattoo turned out — the quality and precision are outstanding.

Went in for matching tattoos with my friend. From an unwelcoming and uninterested receptionist to a tattoo artist who was cold and judgmental we didn’t have a pleasant time. We was originally quoted between 60-80 yet was charged 90 each for 2 fine line tattoos with absolutely no detailing. We was not told this until AFTER we had been tattooed. i won’t be returning and i certainly won’t be recommending this place to anyone!

Had conch and faux rook piercings by Indi today. Absolutely love them. Indi gave really good advice on type/placement of piercings to complete my set and suggested some beautiful jewellery to suit. Really professional, friendly, knowledgeable and calming! 100% recommend.

Connie and Alejandro were super lovely throughout the whole process. They let me see different options and gave advice and recommendations. The piercing process went super well too. They answered any questions I had and the vibes were really nice. This would be my number 1 spot I’d recommend to get a piercing :) thank you so much!!

I was pierced here yesterday, as a walk in. The team are really lovely, and their experience with the type of piercings I wanted set my mind right at ease. I was able to ask all my questions and deal with it all at a pace that suited me. I'm prone to over stimulation so it was a very welcome environment and atmosphere. I was very happy I'd chosen Caotic - the set up is professional, spotlessly clean and very friendly. Seriously, the team are awesome. Of course, I'm also very happy with my two new piercings and surprised at how efficient the actual piercing was. Stingy, but not very painful. Now just to heal them well!
