Very disappointing experience. The pricing felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I was quoted one price initially, and later a completely different price. First it was around $40, then it became $60. Experiences like this make it difficult to trust the store’s pricing. The staff were not particularly friendly, and I felt that customers were treated differently depending on who they were. Prices were already higher than many other Pokémon card stores, and being told not to compare prices because this is a “Lucky Store” was not convincing. Customers should always compare prices and make informed decisions. Overall, I did not find the experience honest, transparent, or customer-friendly.

Very kind staff, I lost my previous collection a few years back and i was very short on cards, but they accepted my trade and gave me an amazing deal on a card ive been looking for a long time. 100 percent coming back here
