I have moved many times in my career and just recently sold a house in Edmonds with the assistance of Linda Graham and Jim McCarthy. The pair provided exemplary service going well beyond what was expected. Their oversight of the house preparation and supervision of the details was superior. They literally assisted handymen in cleaning the home, preparing the outside, and even pouring woodchips to get the house ready. They did an excellent job in pricing the home for the highest return while drawing in the largest number of interested buyers. They met all deadlines, were easy to reach and communicate with, and always included the seller in decisions. I cannot think of anything they could have done better and my house sold in less than two weeks for the asking price. I recommend Linda and Jim without hesitation. Bill Kaczaraba

We began our home buying journey in the spring of 2024. We interviewed Jim and Linda at a quiet lunch spot in Medina and knew immediately that it was going to be a good fit. They were easy going, sincere and genuinely wanted to make sure that our values aligned.<br>My wife and I are very busy during the week, so we only had time for the house hunt on the weekends. We would look at places online during the week and on Friday evenings, we would message Jim and Linda what we were interested in. They would set it up for the weekend, we would go to walkthroughs and they would let us choose or own path. They gave us candid advice and took great patience with our selection process.<br>We were very particular about what we wanted and knew it wasn't going to be easy to find. Jim and Linda were always there for us for both market advice and emotional support. They are really compassionate people.<br>After 4 months of looking, putting offers in and all the highs and lows, we found our beautiful home that we don't want to leave. It is truly our forever home and we thank Jim and Lind for helping us make it a reality.
