What is Golden Sweetery?

We are a micro-bakery based out of Oxford, CT. We work on a weekly pre-order system where we intake orders until Friday and have orders ready for a Sunday pick-up. Deliveries are available for an additional fee based off of delivery location and must be coordinated through our email before placing your order. Where can I pick-up my order?

Pick up window will be noted on weekly pre-order form.

What payments are accepted?

We currently accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment is required to confirm your order.

Question 4

How do I know my order went through?

Accepted Answer

You will be sent an "Order Received" email with your order number and a list of the products you chose. Once you pay, you will get a follow-up conformation email.

How should I store my sweets?

Our cookies are sealed for freshness. They can be stored:

• Room temperature: In and air-tight container for 5–7 days from receiving
• Frozen: For up to 3 months

For best results, warm slightly before eating.

Heating Instructions:

Warm in the oven at 300–350°F for a few minutes for the best texture, or microwave for 10–15 seconds for a softer cookie.

If frozen, let cookies thaw first, then warm as stated above.
