What is remedial massage?

Remedial massage is a therapeutic treatment aimed at:
- Relieving pain
- Restoring function
- Promoting healing
- Assisting with postural problems

It also includes prescribing stretches and exercises to further assist with correcting issues.

Which health funds are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Almost all health funds are accepted if you would like to claim a rebate for remedial massage. Please get in touch if you still have any queries.

What do I wear to a massage therapy session?

Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to remove when you attend. It is recommended that all clothing except underwear be removed.

You will be covered with towels at all times when on the table, with only the relevant area exposed for massage.

If you prefer to remain partially clothed, please let me know prior the start of the session.
