I absolutely love my new flooring from Floor Coverings International. The entire experience has been wonderful. To begin with, the sales rep, Daniel, is an excellent communicator. He took his time showing us many samples of the flooring we were interested in and was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining every question we had about our flooring. We received his quote very quickly, and it was substantially less than the other theee companies we had gotten quotes from. After we signed the contract, he was so great about communicating through text (and phone calls as needed). The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable, and very observant. They alerted me to three different areas that needed to be fixed before the new floor went down to insure a quality install. They listened to all of my requests and made sure to take care of anything I asked of them before they left each day so that I could start moving my furniture back into place. They worked hard and made sure the job was done properly. (And let me just say that those guys have some really strong backs to be able to move the furniture and appliances in my home!). They left everything better than it was when they arrived! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new flooring. We are completely satisfied with our decision to use FCI.  From quote walk-thru to the 3rd day of installation, it couldn't have gone better.  If you're lucky you hear the installers singing while they work!

Carpet was very nice- it is very soft and thick- the men that laid the carpet worked fast and hard. The man that came to our house to evaluate what was needed did a great job showing us the various styles and thickness of carpets.

The first photo shows what our floor looked like before—yellow vinyl sheet on the left and the new planks in the right. The second picture is what you see now when you walk in our front door. The 3-man crew was very efficient and did a great job. They helped move everything and helped put everything back. The job was expected to take 3-4 days, but they were finished in 2 days.

Definitely give floor coverings international a call for all your flooring needs! Denise is so kind and easy to work with! She truly makes the whole process painless which is a BIG plus when you’re working on a big project in your home.
