Joining F45 in Annerley about 3 years ago now was a great decision. I am exercising regularly, despite a busy full time job and a family, more regularly than I ever expected. I think it’s because of the social aspect and feeling of connection with my local community that I don’t get much otherwise. Gyms like this that are run by lovely people like Gareth and Tilly are a rare ‘third space’. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love training here! The workouts are intense and motivating, which has really helped me improve my endurance and overall fitness. The coaches are supportive and knowledgeable, always pushing you to give your best. The variety in the sessions keeps it exciting, and the energy in the studio is contagious. I recommend this to all ☺️

Tilly and G bring great energy to the studio, and as owners of the business they really care about each members experience. I know I’ll be pushed (in the right way) to exceed my limits and that my form will be correct. Tilly gave me the best onboarding experience of a gym I’ve had (and I’ve been working out for a long time). Great community and awesome members.

This is one of the best gyms I've joined. All the trainers are so kind and encouraging. They really motivate you and push you further than what you believe you can do. They also spend time with you to correct your form which I really appreciate. It's a lovely, welcoming environment, not intimidating at all. I've seen results so quickly and I'm so happy I joined!!

I joined F45 Annerley 1.5 years ago, and it's been the best decision I've ever made. The exercises truly work for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. The staff are amazing and supportive, pushing you to reach the next level in your fitness journey. I Highly recommend F45 Annerley. Absolutely 5 out 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
