No, I’m currently unavailable for in person sessions. I only conduct online sessions.

How long are sessions?

Therapy sessions are 45 minutes long.

What services do you offer?

I provide individual therapy and psychological assessments, such as IQ, ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety assessments. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, trauma, self-esteem issues, and attachment & relationship issues. I work primarily with adults and young adults aged 18-40, but I also have experience working with teenagers and middle-aged clients. I don't work with children, as my expertise lies in working exclusively with older age groups, but I'm happy to help refer families to qualified child psychologists.

What therapy methods do you use?

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS).

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For cancellations made within the notice period and no-shows, the full session fee will be charged. Late arrivals impact the session length. Sessions will end at the scheduled time.
